This mixer is the first crocus of spring to your evening cocktail hour- a welcome change with an element of surprise. Raspberry is the lead flavor, but notes of citrus, floral and spice are present too. Depending on your spirit or mix-in choice, you may find different flavors standing out. We recommend either a vodka or gin for adding spirits to this, but a smooth tequila blanco also takes it in a delicious direction!

All of the special drinks for the passport have been designed to be easy to prepare at home. While we prefer to shake our drinks, you don't need any fancy bar tools. A mason jar with some ice and a tight fighting lid will work well. If you prefer your beverages straight up, shake first and then strain into your favorite glass.
Our most delicious version of a mixer used a 3:2:2 ratio of the mixer to alcohol and sparkling water. You can certainly tweak this to your personal taste, and desired strength of drink. Replacing the quantity of alcohol with sparkling water worked well in order to create a non-alcoholic beverage. We don't recommend replacing the alcohol with something sweet like juice or soda, as the mixer is concentrated. Blending with ice could be a fun alternative or addition to the alcohol component.
