NeW York, New York!

Liz's sister Carla hosted us our first night and took us on a culinary walking tour of her neighborhood. Amazing food, people, sounds and smells were all part of our intro to the Bronx.

It's been a bucket list item for Liz, but now that we've been it might need to be a  bi-annual item. Even if it's just for the Borscht- it was fabulous.

Chopped Liver was the star of the show, but it didn't stop us from ordering really large sandwiches, pickles, egg creams, smoked salmon on bagels and Dr. Brown's Cherry soda. 

we eat all the things. It was an AMAZING 72 hours, or 4,320 New York minutes. We can't wait to go back.
